ER20 Natural Sound Earplugs from Etymotic Research. ER20 earplugs reduce the volume that reaches your ear by about 20dB which prevent damage to your ears but at the same time you can enjoy the music. Damage to your ears can result in hearing loss and tinnitus; both are irreversible conditions and if you ignore the tinnitus and just put it down to a noise “hangover” you will certainly suffer later in life.
